Mingara was appointed technical advisor by the Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group (QGCD) to support the QCCM Project, which seeks to deliver a state-wide critical communications capability that will underpin the modern public safety, disaster response and disaster recovery operational needs across Queensland, including provision for the 2032 Olympic Games.

We assisted QGCD with development of a business case which explored Queensland Government’s options to deliver the necessary capability across the state through a whole of Government, whole of state arrangement.
