Gerard Cusick
Gerard is the Managing Director and founder of Mingara Australasia.
Gerard's management and engineering expertise spans a period in excess of 25 years. Of those, at least 15 have been devoted to the management and engineering of systems and people associated with applied telecommunications and ICT. During the latter 10 years, Gerard has applied his experience in providing both the private and public sectors with independent practical solutions to management and engineering problems.
Gerard has worked on large project management and engineering assignments both domestically and internationally and has proven his ability to accept responsibility and accountability in the execution of an assignment. In these management roles, Gerard has gained extensive experience in managing consultants across various disciplines and providing guidance to staff in client departmentals.

Alastair Hope
Alastair is a Principal Adviser and shareholder at Mingara Australasia. Since joining Mingara in 2001 Alastair has provided technical advice to government and private organisations throughout Australia.
During his professional career, Alastair has gained extensive experience in the management and design of large telecommunications and ICT projects. He has proven his ability to work closely with clients to ensure their project objectives are realised.
Over the last 10 years Alastair has provided extensive design and project management support on major projects within Australia, specifically in the areas of fibre optic cable networks, radio communications and telephony.

Ben Griffiths
Ben is a Principal Adviser at Mingara Australasia.
Ben has been involved in a variety of engineering and management roles during his professional career. During his 12 years of service with Mingara, much of his time has been devoted to the engineering and management of ICT systems, with a specific focus on radio communications.
Through his involvement with clients from both private and public sectors, Ben has gained extensive experience in adapting to client requirements and often dealing with highly sensitive information.
Ben has worked on large project management and engineering assignments providing technical and management advice, engaging with other engineering staff/consultants, vendors and system integrators.
